How to Make a Mojito

The Mojito is a refreshing Cuban cocktail perfect for summertime. Great for a backyard cookout, and just right for sitting out on a bar's patio and enjoying with friends.

The ingredients you'll need are:

6-8 fresh mint leaves

1-2 cubes of sugar - or just use 2-3 sugar packets or their equivalent

3 slices of lime

1 1/2 oz. Rum - use a white rum like Bacardi - not a spiced rum or dark rum.

Seltzer Water - aka Soda Water or Charged Water

Ice Cubes
